Relaxation
During the workshop you will learn and experience how to deal with stressful situations in a relaxed way.
Ice bath
After relaxing and explaining the three-step protocol, everyone gets to experience an ice bath. Our experience is that even those with the greatest doubts also end up just taking the step, of course it is optional, there is also the hand-and-foot challenge.
Retrospective
The workshop ends with a joint conclusion and retrospective and we look at what this day has brought you personally and as a professional and you as a team.

Team building Wim Hof Method (3 - 3.5 hours)
Or opt for the extended version of 4-4.5 hours where the explanations of the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method are more extensive. Here, there is also more time for various exercises to feel more connected with each other or to learn to step out of your comfort zone.
