Flan baking workshop
The day starts with an authentic flan-baking workshop at De Bisschopsmolen. Under the guidance of an experienced baker, you will learn the finer points of Limburg's craft and get to work yourself with dough and filling. A tasty and interactive start to the day in which tradition and team experience are central.

Lunch
The workshop will be followed by a delicious sandwich lunch with local specialities at an atmospheric downtown location.

Boat trip and cave visit
In the afternoon, a unique combination of nature and history is on the programme. During a relaxing boat trip on the river Maas, you will discover Maastricht from the water, with beautiful views and interesting stories. This is followed by a tour of the Zonneberg Caves, where a guide will take you through the impressive corridor system and the rich history hidden here.

Dinner
The day ends with a culinary dinner in an atmospheric restaurant, working with local produce and seasonal ingredients. A perfect setting to enjoy the day after.
