A unique fundraising event in Maastricht for the Ronald McDonald houses Maastricht and Valkenburg. For more than 35 years, the houses have ensured that sick children and their families can be close to each other and feel at home.

TreaT realised an unforgettable gala dinner with 600 guests in the still under construction A2 tunnel. The chilly tunnel was transformed into a warm house for one evening. The gala guests were welcomed by roller girls and golf carts. Robert Ten Brink, in his unique way, presented the spectacular and moving acts, some of which were tailor-made for this evening. The lead act was a mother who shared the wonderful story of her experiences in the house. The story was highlighted by a custom-made video projection on the tunnel wall.

In short, an evening with a payoff you can't say no to!

Wish
A dinner in honour of Ferran Adrià, the chef of El Bullì in Barcelona. The order came from Marres, House of Contemporary Art where there was an exhibition on Ferran Adrià's work.

Event
A beautiful dinner in Rebelle Maastricht, a former church, which was specially decorated for the occasion by students from the art academy. Dinner was prepared by the following chefs : Hans van Wolde, Margo Reuten, Sergio Herman, Jonny Boer and Marieke Harkema. Service by students of the Arcus fellow and directed by the best hospitality people from Maastricht. Some of the tableware was also specially designed and made for that evening by students of the art academy.

Creatively, culinarily and organisationally, this was a high point.
