L'Oréal luxe offered all their employees a wonderful 2-day stay at Chateau Sint Gerlach and a gala dinner at Chateau Neercanne. We were asked to provide an on-site Treasure Hunt in the afternoon with a magical touch and where the aim was to find masks for the party night.

A magical event with enchanting mirrors, the most beautiful models in the rose garden and vineyard, a delicious tasting, an escape game, a puzzle in the sculpture garden, a treasure hunt and a visit to the beautiful church. At each location, teams performed tasks and collected hints to find the masks and open the lock!

For the annual company event, Royal Ahrend We were looking for a special programme for a group of 70 guests. The aim was to combine inspiring meeting venues with unique activities and unforgettable experiences. The programme needed not only to provide space for business meetings, but also to foster connection, relaxation and an exclusive experience for all participants.
Event
We organised an exclusive Oostwegel Experience, during which guests visited all the special venues in the Oostwegel Collection. The programme included a stay at Château Sint Gerlach, a meeting and lunch at Château Neercanne and an atmospheric dinner at the Kruisherenhotel. Transport between the venues was provided by authentic vintage buses and characteristic vintage DAF lorries, making the journey itself a special experience. A successful event centred on experience, hospitality and connection.
